Empowered by the Spirit

At the first Pentecost the first believers in Jesus experienced the powerful inflow of the spirit of Risen Lord which filled his mystical body and poured forth into the world (Acts 2). This is the promise of every Pentecost. This retreat will prepare us to enter more deeply into the tranformative mystery of Pentecost in a new way through the Spirit breath in the seven gifts of the Sacraments.

There is one Lord, one faith, one source, one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all. He has given each one of us a special gift through the generosity of Christ. Eph 4:5

This online retreat will invite us to reflect on Pentecost as a time when Christians remember the gift of the Holy Spirit.
